Alia Puji Hartanti

Alia combines more than 10 years of clinical practice with over 15 years in public health programmes, particularly infectious diseases. Her experience covers the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of health programmes, together with programme funding and health-service operations.

She facilitates training, builds capacity, and manages people and teams. Her leadership experience includes multidisciplinary and multicultural teams working across government, nongovernmental organisations, and the corporate sector.

She brings a practical, adaptive approach to unfamiliar work environments, an ability to learn quickly, and a self-directed commitment to improving health outcomes. Her work also includes strategic partnerships and collaboration with government, NGO, and private-sector partners.
